Originally this was going to be an ambient experimental breaks record. Richie Hawtin was running Probe at the time (putting out more deep techno and electronics and letting John Acquaviva run Plus 8 for the house stuff). At some point I had new 'experimental house’ tracks and Richie had also moved downtempo to 130bpm, so we put these out.
