MySQL themselves are now offering their slick MySQL admin and query browser applications for OS X for free. Nice, though I can't see any way to import from CSV/XML, which you can do with CocoaMySQL.

MySQLdb is the python support bindings for MySQL. Not that the name would lead you to beleive that.
